Critical Thinking analysis of Thomas' work:
This is a very good critical thinking about data tracing systems. We can observe he used almost every intelligent standard as follow:
- Clarity: Indeed, he did a very good explanation of the context with some examples (coronavirus' situation, China's policy...)
- Relevant: All arguments/assumptions were relevant to the topic, by giving some points of views
- Depth/Breadth: He explained in detail the problem of each point of views and what could be dangerous (advantages/disadvantages)
- Logic and Fairness: He discussed about human right on life privacy with very logical question to the audience
- Precise/Accuracy: There were maybe not enough numbers or data in this critical thinking
Grade : 9/10
I found this topic interesting since I haven't heard about it before. Thomas covered most of the elements of critical thinking, with the standars as well, for instance Who? What? Why? - France decided to fight coronavirus with data tracking after three other countries did the same. He explained the function of the application and it's features and also gave his point of view on it, he collected the needed data and presented it very well.
