Analysis of Nicolas's critical thinking

I think the subject was clear and he made his point.
I chose to watch this video because I find that the subject is relevant to me it is something that could interest any of us.
The data that Nicolas used was accurate as he got it from primary as well as secondary sources of research.
The things that he was saying about the sleeping habits are logical and make sense.
I think it was a good video

The video of Nicolas is very good.
This subject is no common but we can easly understand what he is talking about and it is accurate because it uses reliable sources ( National Sleep Fundation..).
He doesn't just use his own point of view, he takes his mother's and other people's points of view.
It's relevant and logical when he tells us to test when we're on vacation not to set an alarm clock and to see how many hours we've slept.
Good video 10/10.

The subject that he made an analyse is very important, because nowadays with our job or school, we don't sleep a lot and we don't what is the amount of time we need to say that we sleep well and that we in a good shape.
He gave a good example, gave some recommendations. He spoke about his experiences
That video interested me because I wanted to know which amount of time we need.
