The subject that he made an analyse is very important, because nowadays with our job or school, we don't sleep a lot and we don't what is the amount of time we need to say that we sleep well and that we in a good shape.
He gave a good example, gave some recommendations. He spoke about his experiences
That video interested me because I wanted to know which amount of time we need.
